INIKAMA HOUSE RULES & POLICIES

1. Check-in & Check-out
   • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
   • Check-out: by 11:00 AM
     Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Guests staying beyond the agreed check-out time or delaying our cleaning services will be liable for any resulting costs.
2. Bookings in Your Place of Residence
   • Guests are not permitted to make reservations within their own place of residence. Please contact us if you would like to request an exception.
3. Smoking, Parties & Noise
   • Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on balconies, in shared spaces (e.g., hallways), and in the garden.
   • Violations of the smoking policy will result in a 250€ fee plus additional costs for deep cleaning and damage repairs.
4. Commercial Use & Illegal Activities
   • Commercial photography or videography without prior written consent, as well as any illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.
5. Unauthorized Guests
   • The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the reservation. A fee of 30€ per night will apply for each unauthorized guest.
6. Pets
   • Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Lost Items
   • Guests are responsible for the replacement costs of lost keys, keycards, remotes, or parking permits.
8. Monitoring Systems
   • Noise monitoring devices may be installed in the apartments to detect excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be present in common areas.
9. Damages & Losses
   • Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damages or losses to the property or facilities. Please report any damages to our customer service team promptly.
